Dr Emmanuel Okon was born on 24th December 1961. He had his primary education at Baptist primary central School, Ife, before proceeding to Ife Anglican Grammar School for his Secondary education and finally graduated as physical educational, majoring in Sport Psychology from Obafemi Awolowo University Ife. He had a length of service as Education officer, Trainer and sport officer in various educational institutions of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Wesley University Ondo and Kano State Ministry of Education, currently, as Sports Coach at University of Medical Sciences Ondo. The working experience also include post as Head of Student of Wesley University for a period of 12years, and Head of Enterprises Unit of the same University for 2years.
